Rental Gurantee
Platinum Property Club will guarantee that the member receives rent as soon as settlement has occurred, up until the date that the first tenant occupies the property. This provides our members comfort knowing that as soon as the property settles they have an income stream to cover the mortgage.
Property Rewards
Property Rewards start at $5,000 and rise in increments of $1,000 for each new referral/repeat sale to a maximum of $10,000. These can be accumulated and used toward the purchase of a new Platinum Property Club property.
